c. Have you formatted the card? (Formatting erases all data from the card)
d. What does it say on the front and back of the card?
e. Have you checked the FAQs?

a. What is the part number? (located on the bottom of the Unit and begins SDDR-)
b. What operating system?
c. Who is the manufacturer of the PC?
d. What is the exact error you are receiving?
e. Which drivers are you using?

a. For SmartMedia or Multimedia?

d. Is this a removable floppy drive?
