or the reader?
If No
Go to step 2
If Yes
Check settings on device that is not
working with it (refer to device
manager for questions)
2. Format the card in the
device/reader (***Format will erase
all data***)
Did that work?
If Yes
You are all set
If No
Go to 3
3. Did you try the device and the
reader?
If No
Please try the other device
If Yes
Go to 4
4. Exchange at place of purchase
