developed prior to the introduction of the
Treo 650 or Tungsten T5 will not be
compatible with these devices
Why? The new non-volatile file system (NVFS)
employed by the Treo 650 smartphone and
Tungsten T5 handheld incorporates numerous
changes in the file system. Backup cards and
file utilities in particular will likely
need updates from their developers.
Check with the developer of your backup
utility to determine compatibility with the
Treo 650 smartphone or Tungsten T5 handheld.
Mobile Backup Card
palmOne sells the Mobile Backup Card
(P10925U) which is manufactured by MDM. MDM
is currently investigating a software update
that allows the Mobile Backup Card work with
the Treo 650 smartphone or Tungsten T5
