When you perform a HotSync operation with your Treo 650 smartphone, the photos and videos you have taken with the smartphone's built-in camera are copied to your desktop computer.

Their location on your desktop computer depends on where they were originally stored on your handheld:

  • Photos saved on smartphone's internal memory:
    My Documents - My Pictures - palmOne Photos - (user name) - Internal

     

  • Photos saved to an SD/MMC expansion card:
    My Documents - My Pictures - palmOne Photos - (user name) - Expansion Card

     

  • Videos saved to smartphone's internal memory
    My Documents - My Videos - palmOne Videos - (user name) - Internal

     

  • Videos saved to an SD/MMC expansion card:
    My Documents - My Videos - palmOne Videos - (user name) - Expansion Card

  Additional copies of photos and videos saved on the smartphone are copied to a location on your PC used exclusively by the Media application within Palm Desktop. These are the photos and video the Media application uses for modifications performed in Media.
