Tungsten™ T5 locks up when Calendar is
launched
|
| Did you set your Calendar's default view
to start on Month? When you change
the default display option in Calendar from
Agenda to Month, your handheld may freeze
the next time you launch Calendar, and every
subsequent time you try to launch Calendar.
We have developed a downloadable updater to
fix this issue.
What to do
- To un-freeze your device, perform a
soft reset.
- Do not launch the Calendar
application, or your handheld will lock
up again.
- Install the
Tungsten T5 Update. The installation
instructions include steps to back up
your data and restore it after your
device's ROM is updated.
- After the update is complete, your
handheld will not lock up when you
launch the Calendar application.
