In order to use your Tungsten C with Mac OS 9.2 you must download and install the Palm™ Desktop for Macintosh version 4.1 at http://www.palmone.com/us/support/downloads. The original Desktop software included with the Tungsten C did not have the necessary files to synchronize with Mac OS 9.2. You must use this web download version to use your Tungsten C with Mac OS 9.2.

Please note: Palm has included certain productivity software on the CD's with your Tungsten C. If you wish to take advantage of Docs To Go or Acrobat Reader for Palm OS®, please use your Tungsten C Desktop Software CD and install these applications separately.
