Palm Tungsten C Handhelds
What to do when you receive a Fatal Alert while performing certain actions on the Palm™ Web Browser or VersaMail™

The most common reason you would receive a fatal alert while using the Palm™ Web Browser is that there is not enough memory in your handheld to render or display pages. You may also experience Fatal Alerts while trying to open a text attachment in VersaMail™. To ensure you have more than 100k memory free on your handheld follow these steps:

1) Press the ome?Button on your handheld and tap the top menu bar
2) Under the pp?Menu select nfo?br> 3) Ensure that ree Space?is great than .1M of Total Available M.

You may also receive a fatal alert in other applications when memory has reached a critically low level. Delete some applications or databases you no longer need or use in order to increase the amount of available memory. You can also purchase a SD/MMC Memory card to store even more documents and programs.
