| With the addition of the built-in
keyboard on the Palm™ Tungsten™ W and C
handhelds, it also comes the ability to
re-map the keys. So, if your handheld is
responding incorrectly to your key
presses, they may have been remapped. To
correct this, please follow the below
instructions:
1. Press the 'Home' button and select
the 'Prefs' application.
2. For Tungsten W, use the drop down
list in the upper right corner and
select 'Keyboard'. For the Tungsten C,
select 'Keyboard' from the list.
3. Click on the 'Re-map keys' button and
select 'Reset All'.
4. A confirmation message will appear,
to which you must select 'Reset all'.
5. Now tap 'Done', then press the 'Home'
button where you should now be able to
resume normal keyboard functionality.
